The Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act establishes a regime for the prompt payment of  proper invoices. In the event of non-payment, the dispute can be referred to adjudication, provided that no Party has commenced an action in court with respect to the dispute.

No. ADACC does not have a template of a proper invoice. The requirements for a Proper Invoice are set out in s. 32.1 of the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act.
