Fees Payable by Adjudicators
1. Administrative Fee
A fee is payable by an ADACC Adjudicator to ADACC for each adjudication (the “Administrative Fee”). The Administrative Fee is 40 percent of the amount paid by the Parties.
3. Training Fees
A fee of $995 plus applicable taxes will be payable to ADACC by adjudicator applicants for the Program.
A fee of $200 plus applicable taxes will be payable by each Adjudicator to ADACC for an online “refresher” continuing education training program each year. The refresher program must be completed every year by certified adjudicators.
